To take out the 'guess work' for our clients, we base our residential rates on the price of the property. There is no debate on the square footage, no 'add-on' costs, no surprises. The below rates also include attached garages. (Detached garages and outbuildings are an additonal rate.)

Commercial facilities, apartments, office buildings, and turn-key facility rates are $1,200.00 per day. Commercial rates are based upon the depth of the report the client needs. OSHA-type inspections can be performed to include ADA requirements for offices and turn-key businesses.
OSHA Compliance Assistance
Our contract rate for a company is $75.00 per hour, portal to portal. We contract for a minimum of 6 months with a minimum of 5 hours per month rate.

Mold Inspections without a full home inspection: $250.00 plus $80.00 per sample with a 2 sample minimum
Mold Inspection and sampling WITH a home inspection: Mold air samples with home inspection for clearance testing: $160.00 addtional. Includes 2 samples. Additional surface sampling of 'suspect' areas, $80.00 per sample.
Other environmental testing services available upon request.

 Available as Professional witnesses for litigation in the fields of inspections, structure, and Mold issues.
