Trained Home Inspection Professional. I have inspected houses and commercial buildings as part of Parker Safety Property Inspection Services for 8 years on a part time basis and full time for 3 years. Having “grown up” in the business, I have learned it from the “ground up”. I have utilized my firefighting training and construction background to make me a good home inspection professional.

I was a student mentor for Parker Training Services at West Virginia University for students completing their licensing requirements in Home Inspection. I taught them how to go though and perform the home inspection after the classroom portion of the training.

I worked for the Dept of Veteran Affairs to promote the “MY HEALTH eVET” web portal. I continue to work and support veteran organizations, and can be seen in the local area lending my singing of the National Anthem. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=26FeZlchRRs)

2007 to Nov 2010: United States Army.

Forward Observer (FISTER) . I have completed one tour in Iraq and Afghanistan. Duties included: Ingress/egress check points. Operating full body inspection panel screens, personnel search, inspection of vehicles for IED’s and other contraban, manning check point towers, calling in support weaponry fire, city and desert patrols, building clearing, and  operations to arrest and detain known insurgents. I was attached to Scouts for Special Patrol missions. I was also a member of the prestigious 82nd Airborne All American Chorus.

2005-2007 Tire Discounters

Operation of pnuematic equipment, hydraulics, and mechanical automotive repairs. I accepted this position while I attended Ohio University Fire Fighter Academy.

2002-2005 Sunrush Construction Inc

Ironworker in constructing commercial steel framed buildings. Carpentry framing included truss construction and installation and foundation work. Licensed with a forklift, and hilde-guns. OSHA training and fall protection training.


I am working on my degree in Human Services at Ohio University

I completed Home Inspection training and Mold training at Hondros College where I was designated by CICPI a “Master” Home Inspector and “Professional” mold inspector. I completed the Parker Training Services advanced Mold Inspection course and am now IAC2 qualified.

Completed the Firefighter I&II 240 hour training course. CPR and First Aid training. Class Commander. As class commander I was in charge of operations orders, teamwork, physical fitness drills, and fire entry teams.


I married my high school sweetheart, Renae Davis. She is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. We have three children, Cash, Dylan and Layla and reside in Ross County.
